This Website Design Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Revered Web Solutions provides website design, development, hosting, and related digital services.
Throughout this Agreement, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Revered Web Solutions.
“Client” refers to the church, ministry, nonprofit organization, or authorized representative engaging our services.
By approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or beginning a project with Revered Web Solutions, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Revered Web Solutions provides digital services for churches and ministries, which may include:
• Church website design
• Website development and launch
• Website redesigns or rebuilds
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Branding and digital consulting
• Website performance optimization
• Technical troubleshooting and support
The exact services provided will be defined in a written proposal, invoice, or service agreement accepted by the Client.
2. Project Timeline
Project timelines depend on:
• Client responsiveness
• Delivery of required materials
• project complexity
• revision requests
Clients agree to provide required materials such as:
• written content
• logos and branding assets
• photos or videos
• sermon archives
• ministry information
• login credentials when needed
Delays in providing these materials may delay the project timeline.
3. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included during the design process. Excessive revisions or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Major design or structural changes after project approval may require a revised project estimate.
4. Client Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide are lawful and properly licensed.
This includes:
• images
• music or video
• sermon recordings
• written materials
• logos or trademarks
Revered Web Solutions is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from materials supplied by the Client.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Typical structures may include:
• project deposit
• milestone payments
• monthly hosting or maintenance fees
Work may begin after the required deposit is received.
Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in delayed work or suspension of services.
6. Website Launch
Once a website is approved and launched:
• The Client assumes responsibility for ongoing content updates unless a maintenance plan is in place.
• Revered Web Solutions will provide guidance for basic website management where applicable.
If the Client requests post-launch changes outside the agreed scope, those services may be billed separately.
7. Hosting Services
If Revered Web Solutions provides hosting, the Client agrees to the hosting terms outlined in the Hosting & Maintenance Policy.
Hosting services may include:
• server management
• backups
• security updates
• software updates
However, no hosting provider can guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revered Web Solutions shall not be liable for indirect damages including:
• loss of donations or revenue
• website downtime
• data loss
• third-party service interruptions
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the project or service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services under certain conditions.
Revered Web Solutions may suspend services if:
• payment obligations are not met
• the website is used unlawfully
• abusive behavior occurs toward staff or contractors
Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balances at the time of termination.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
